These terms cover your use of packupcargo.com (the "website"). The website is operated by Hand Crop INC., a Delaware corporation, trading as Pack Up Cargo ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Shipments, packing, storage and other services we arrange are covered by the written quote you accept and by our Shipping Terms, not by these Terms of Use. See our Shipping Terms.

What this website is

The website gives information about our services and prices and lets you send us quote requests and messages. You can't book a shipment or pay for anything on it.

Prices are indicative

Prices on the website, including the rate card and anything the estimator shows, are indicative starting prices in US dollars. They're not an offer. They don't include government fees, carrier surcharges or accessorial charges unless we say so. Freight markets change quickly, and we update the website from time to time.

A price is only agreed when we've sent you a written quote and you've accepted it. Ocean and air quotes are valid for 7 days; crating and warehousing quotes for 30 days, unless the quote says otherwise.

Sending a form doesn't create a contract

Submitting a quote request or contact message doesn't create a contract, book a shipment, or reserve space or capacity. It's a request for information. We'll reply, usually within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 ET).

Not legal, customs or tax advice

Our guides, FAQs, estimator and other content are general information. They aren't legal, customs, tax or trade compliance advice, and they may not reflect the latest rules. Before you rely on them, check the official source or ask a licensed customs broker or other qualified adviser. You're responsible for your own decisions about classification, valuation, duties, Incoterms and compliance.

Who does what

We arrange shipments. We don't operate ships, aircraft or trucks, and we don't hold a customs broker license or an FMC ocean transportation intermediary license. Ocean and air carriage is performed by licensed carriers (for ocean, booked through FMC-licensed forwarders). Customs entries, ISF filings and bonds are prepared and filed by licensed customs broker partners. Storage and fulfillment take place in partner warehouses. Cargo insurance, when requested, is issued by third-party insurers.

Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• send false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
• send spam, automated submissions, or anything containing malware;
• try to get unauthorized access to the website, its server or its data, or interfere with how it works;
• scrape or copy the website in bulk, or use it to build a competing database;
• use the website for anything illegal.

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, symbols and code on the website belong to Hand Crop INC. or are used with permission. You can view and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You can't copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Some images on the website are illustrative and don't show actual shipments or facilities.

"Incoterms" is a registered trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. Other names mentioned belong to their owners and don't imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as government agencies and Amazon's seller help pages, where it's useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

The website is provided "as is"

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or up to date.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Hand Crop INC. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to US$100.

This section is about the website only. Liability for services we arrange is covered by our Shipping Terms and your written quote.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the website and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from it.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
