How receiving works
- We book the delivery slot with the warehouse and tell the trucker.
- The warehouse counts what arrives against your packing list.
- The partner warehouse notes and photographs any damage or shortfall it finds, and we pass the report straight on to you.
- Pallets go into storage, or cartons go on to prep or pick & pack.
Floor-loaded containers (cartons stacked straight on the container floor) are devanned onto pallets first. That's the $395-and-up line.

Where is it?
Storage is in partner facilities, not in a building we own. Which one depends on where your cargo lands and where it goes next, and we'll name it in your quote. Our Delaware address is a mailing address. Nothing is stored there.
Things that can add cost
- Re-labelling cartons that arrive with the wrong or missing labels
- Extra handling for oversized or non-stackable pallets
- Liftgate or residential delivery on outbound loads
Partner warehouses do the receiving, storage and handling under their own operating terms. We arrange it, keep the records, and you deal with one contact.

Storage questions
Q01Is there a minimum stay?
Storage is billed per pallet per month. If there's a minimum at a particular facility, it'll be in your quote.
Q02Can I visit my stock?
Sometimes, by appointment with the facility. Ask and we'll find out.
Q03Can you ship single orders to my customers?
Yes, that's pick & pack. $3.25 for the first item, $0.60 for each extra item, packaging at cost, postage or courier charges on top.
