The math, if you want to check it

  • CBM: length × width × height in meters, times quantity. 120 × 100 × 150 cm is 1.8 CBM.
  • Air chargeable weight: the greater of actual kilos and L × W × H (cm) ÷ 6,000.
  • LCL (W/M): the greater of CBM and metric tons, minimum 1, then times the lane rate. Minimum charge $260.
  • Air: chargeable kilos times the lane rate. Express adds 30%. Minimum charge $290.
  • Container suggestion: up to 25 CBM, a 20'. Up to 55, a 40'. Up to 65, a 40' high cube. Past that, more than one.
  • Insurance: 0.45% of (goods + freight) × 1.10, minimum $65.
